Our team sorts, researches, and prices everything, then stages and markets the sale to the right buyers across Northeast Ohio.

The Sale

We run the entire sale professionally — greeting shoppers, handling transactions, and keeping you informed throughout.

STEP 05

Full Accounting

You receive a clear, complete accounting of proceeds. Unsold items? We've planned for that in advance — donation, disposal, or buyout.
